   Crop Prices Turn Higher After Tuesday's Selling

   December corn was up 2 1/2 cents, November soybeans were up 9 cents and
December KC wheat was up 3 1/2 cents.

   EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn was up 2 1/2 cents, November
soybeans were up 9 cents and December KC wheat was up 3 1/2 cents.

   CME GLOBEX RECAP: The U.S. Labor Department's consumer price index for
August is set for 7:30 a.m. CDT Wednesday. The U.S. Energy Department's weekly
energy inventory report will be out at 9:30 a.m. and includes ethanol
production.

   OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Monday showed the Dow Jones Industrial
Average down 92.63 at 40,736.96 and the S&P 500 Index up 24.47 at 5,495.52. The
10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.65%. Early Wednesday, September Dow Jones
futures are down 169 points. European markets are steady to lower with the spot
futures of the London FTSE 100 trading down 0.21%, spot futures of Germany's
DAX trading down 0.09% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading down
0.01%. Asian markets are lower with Japan's Nikkei 225 index down 1.49% and
China's Shanghai Composite Index down 0.82%.
