   Grain Markets Lower on Hedge Selling Against Technical Resistance

   March corn is down 1 1/4 cents per bushel, January soybeans are down 1/4
cent, March KC wheat is down 1/2 cent, March Chicago wheat is down 1/4 cent and
March Minneapolis wheat is down 1/2 cent.

   EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: March corn is down 1 1/4 cents per bushel,
January soybeans are down 1/4 cent, March KC wheat is down 1/2 cent, March
Chicago wheat is down 1/4 cent and March Minneapolis wheat is down 1/2 cent.

   CME GLOBEX RECAP: World equity markets are mixed again Thursday morning,
with Asia continuing to rally and U.S. and European markets trading in a
choppier fashion. Wednesday's CPI report was neutral to slightly hot, but
traders still seem to expect a 1/4 point cut at the Fed meeting next week.
Thursday morning brings PPI numbers which will also be watched closely.

   OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Wednesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial
Average down 99.27 at 44,148.56 and the S&P 500 up 49.28 at 6,084.19. The
10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.271%. Early Thursday, the December Dow Jones
Futures are down 82 points. European markets are mixed with the spot futures of
London's FTSE 100 trading up 0.11%, spot futures of Germany's DAX is trading
down 0.09% and the spot futures of France's CAC 40 Index down 0.17%. Asian
markets are higher with Japan's Nikkei 225 Index up 1.21% and China's Shanghai
Composite Index up 0.85%.
